Category scores are out of five. We use the final values in the Top 20 tab; other providers use the adjusted values in Top 20 working. The workbook includes an adjustment in its final total. We preserve that supplied total rather than recalculating it from rounded category scores. A missing score is not zero.
The same scores across countries
These are global provider comparisons, not customer star averages or tests of local service. Country availability, employment rules, prices and provider terms are checked separately. Rankings use total, then cost transparency and FX, then name for equal results.
Use the score alongside the terms
Read the provider research and compare written quotes for the same hire. Check salary, employer costs, FX, deposits, additional fees, support and leaving terms.
