Historical embedded EOR channel; current new-customer route is a referral to Remote. Gusto official help says new customers on/after1May2026 onboard directly with Remote, which provides legal employment, payroll, benefits, contracts and support. Existing pre-May integrated Gusto+Remote customers retain their earlier experience. Current marketing directs new buyers to Remote and its terms. Exclude Gusto as an independently purchasable new EOR delivery service, retaining legacy-channel history and Remote relationship; do not imply all existing EOR service ceased.
