Country fit & local delivery
Coverage
DI-Africa markets 14 countries, but FAQ and subsidiary/country lists differ. FAQ labels Cameroon, Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Nigeria and Chad cross-border; subsidiary page names seven operating countries plus Tunisia, Mauritius and other arrangements. Do not assume 14 owned employing entities or a uniform service model.
Provider statement · Sources
No private quote, signed EOR contract, outreach or operational trial. Provider claims are not independent delivery verification. Search absence does not prove absence of incidents.
Deployment conflict
EOR marketing promises D+1 and describes 24–72 hours, whereas FAQ sets standard deployment at 14 business days, express five, with permits running four to fourteen weeks. The separate immigration page promises file opening within 48 hours, not permit issuance. Obtain a country/role-specific start commitment.

Congo notice
La Semaine Africaine 30 March 2021 page 10 publishes a DI Africa (Congo) SA incorporation notice, staffing purpose, FCFA20m capital and register CG-PNR-01-2021-B14-00003. It cites an October 2020 act but a January 2020 registration date, an internal inconsistency retained without correction. Visual page review distinguishes it from the neighbouring unrelated OTTO closure notice. This is historical evidence, not current solvency/licensing proof.
