Alcor advertises no setup, deposit, prepayment, exit or buyout fees; these remain claims without the operative MSA. It discusses limited retention and prompt breach notification but gives no fixed EOR contractual notice deadline or complete named processor schedule. Published information-security policy describes least privilege/default deny, encryption at rest/in transit, admin MFA, annual access review, prompt access revocation and nightly Azure West Europe backups.
