EOR page headline starts at EUR299; HR page still promotes talent-pool EOR from EUR199/month plus recruitment at one salary. Workspace starts EUR150/month, equipment EUR69/month and benefits EUR49/month. Live UK browser changes symbols to GBP at the same numerals; quote currency and applicable service package need confirmation. These are starting offers, excluding salary/taxes; individual signed agreement overrides website terms.

Payroll outsourcing lists monthly payroll, tax calculation/declaration/payment and pension contributions; custom payslips, benefits, equipment and finance assistance. Its EUR35–45 per-employee tiers are payroll-only, not EOR fees. Country cutoffs, client approvals, reconciliation and binding error correction terms remain unpublished.

Provider offers a dedicated client-success manager and Tbilisi-led regional offices, with named recruitment, legal and finance staff. Selected talent-service testimonials praise responsiveness. No binding support hours, urgent escalation ownership or resolution SLA found. The 48-hour talent-profile promise is not support-response performance.

Review scope

Two live Trustpilot accounts concern bank-account reopening and tax/relocation, not EOR. Clutch listing has no reviews. Website quotations largely concern tax optimisation, business services or recruiting/staff augmentation; quoted tax savings are customer/provider claims, not verified outcomes or generally applicable tax guidance. Repeated quotations across pages are deduplicated; named countries do not necessarily identify employment countries.

Talent marketplace and separate CRM/digital-transformation services do not establish a demonstrated EOR portal or production integrations. Public payroll page promises reports, but employer approvals, employee access, local portals, exports, role permissions and recovery evidence remain unverified. The live public Read more button did not expand after a bounded retry; this is a website observation, not an EOR platform outage.

Optional local packages advertise workspace, equipment and gym/health insurance/training. Statutory leave and benefits depend on country and employment agreement; no policy detailing expense reimbursement timing, insurer premiums or leave-balance visibility found. Optional package headlines are not proof all benefits are included.

Public terms apply Georgian law, English language and individual written project agreements. Workers may only perform agreed activity for the client; onward supply, including to affiliates, is excluded. Clauses10–11 limit recruiting warranty to one month salary for intentional/grossly negligent breaches, exclude employee-work-performance liability and contain client indemnities. Confidentiality is stated; employee IP transfer and country-specific liability allocation require the executed agreement.

Employee leasing is indefinite under published terms. Ordinary notice and detailed severance/transfer procedures are not specified; changed booked services/prices allow special month-end termination on one month notice. Clause6.2 charges three times monthly gross remuneration for direct engagement of an introduced candidate within 24 months outside the contractor relationship, plus EUR3000 if not notified. Scope must be clarified for an EOR-to-own-entity transfer.
