US guide says50states but financial-services restriction table lists states with no fiat/crypto transaction availability and others with fiat-only access. These describe payment rails and cannot automatically be treated as EOR exclusions; confirm the actual funding/payout route for each intended hire.

G2 has one global-payroll praise account and one USDT/USDT0 complaint. PissedConsumer has four posts from three authors, with one author repeating a withdrawal incident; consolidate that incident. None establishes a rate of EOR payroll failure.
