DenConnect review

DenConnect offers Denmark-only EOR for agencies, end clients and independent contractors transitioning into its employment arrangement. Its site identifies CVR 45756718 and a Fredensborg address; the matching commercial register listing names DenConnect ApS. Payroll management and accounting are also offered separately. Do not confuse it with the Australian NSW DENconnect disability network.

Onboarding permits

Published services include non-EU work permit applications/extensions, EU residence certificates, tax registration and CPR/health-card registration after accommodation is secured. No contractual onboarding deadline, precise role eligibility or confirmed sponsorship authorisation was obtained. A marketing statement that the service is licensed does not independently verify a licence.

No published numeric EOR price or complete commercial schedule was found in the inspected website/navigation and targeted searches. Setup charges, taxes, FX margin, monthly minimums, deposit amount/custody, funding deadline and refund schedule remain unknown. A contact form is not a price quotation.

Provider promises salary calculation, payment and authority reporting, with tax and pension administration. No pay calendar, approval/funding cutoff, payslip example, correction deadline, error compensation or independently measured payroll accuracy was found. Reliability language is a provider claim.

A dedicated personal team is promised. The team page names Søren Søgaard, Maria Wethje Hoelgaard, Narmin Osmajlic and Anja Hagen, with direct business emails and client-executive telephone contacts. Published biographies describe Danish payroll/compliance experience. Operating hours, escalation/absence coverage and binding response or resolution SLAs remain unavailable.

The privacy policy identifies Microsoft SharePoint and unnamed EU payroll systems used internally. This does not establish a customer dashboard or employee self-service portal. No public demonstrated employer/employee workflow, API/HRIS integration, export specification, permissions matrix or uptime agreement was obtained.

Services include pension administration and assistance obtaining the Danish public health card. The privacy notice says benefits are managed. No supplemental insurance/pension plan schedule, leave approval process or expense reimbursement workflow and fees was found. Public health-card help is not evidence of included private health cover.

DenConnect presents itself as the formal employer and describes client/worker employment administration. No public customer MSA or employment specimen was located. Actual control allocation, liability cap, indemnities, insurance and the worker-to-customer IP assignment chain remain unresolved.

The services page offers help with authority deregistration when an assignment ends. It does not state minimum commitments, contractual termination notice/charges, severance responsibility, deposit-release timing or employee/data transition assistance. Privacy data-portability rights do not establish a full client payroll export service.

Privacy policy version 1.0, effective 5 September 2025, says client/worker data is stored in EU-resident SharePoint and EU payroll systems, with no routine non-EEA transfers. Recipients include tax/pension authorities, banking partners and professional advisers; most processors are unnamed. Inquiries are kept up to two years; employment records generally employment period plus five years, payroll current tax year plus five. No signed DPA, complete subprocessor list or independently verified storage configuration was obtained.

Security assurance

The privacy policy claims encryption in transit/at rest, restricted access, monitoring and audit trails using SharePoint Premium. These are self-described controls, with no SOC/ISO evidence, tested role matrix, incident-notification SLA or disclosed incident outcome identified. Microsoft product features alone do not verify DenConnect configuration.

Exact-name Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, complaints and Danish-language searches did not surface a matching independent customer account. Employsome and joinneo pages are editorial discovery material, not customer reviews. Criticism of the unrelated NSW DENconnect network was excluded. Zero collected accounts means sparse evidence, not proven absence of payroll or service problems.

History financial gaps

The matching ownr commercial profile gives the first accounting period as 18 July 2025 to 31 December 2026 and names three directors consistent with the provider team. It reports DKK 180,000 registered capital, not current cash or client-fund cover. No official CVR extract, filed current accounts, continuity plan, fund segregation or insolvency protection was obtained. Personal career experience predates the company and is not its operating age.
